Operating Instructions
- Select required flash frequency sub-range with switch.
- Switch on the device by setting power switch to "on".
- Set flash frequency to required value using frequency controls.
- Select either flashes/min or flashes/s to be displayed using switch.
- Activate flash lamp with switch at the grip of the flash-torch.
PRECAUTION!
A very small fraction of the population is susceptible
to epileptic seizures induced by light flashing at
frequencies of 8-15 Hz. Students with a personal
history of epilepsy are advised not to use a stroboscope
at these frequencies.
