Operating Instructions
- Turn on meter with meter disconnected from the circuit.
- All the zeros will be displayed briefly.
- Select the Appropriate range and function and then connect the meter to the circuit ensuring the correct pair of inputs are used.
- If the range is not known then start at the highest range and work your way down. If display does not show all the digits or it is flashing, switch to a higher range.
